Questions about booking, cancelling or using your package.
What is First Plot?
Our opening deal for new members: a 3-class or 5-class package at a special price. You can buy one First Plot package per person, and only during the opening window.
How do I book a class?
Choose a class on the schedule and tap Book. You will need an active package or a drop-in purchase to reserve your spot.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Cancel up to 12 hours before class to keep your credit. Late cancellations and no-shows may use a class.
Do packages expire?
Drop-in is valid for 7 days from purchase. The 5-class pack is valid for 5 weeks and the 10-class pack for 10 weeks, counted from your first booking. First Plot is valid for 3 or 5 weeks, also counted from your first booking.
Can I share a package?
Packages are personal and cannot be shared, but you are welcome to bring a friend with a drop-in.
